Zucchini moon stuffed with turkey and cheese

- 2 courgettes moon ( round)

Wash well the zucchini, because we're going to eat with the skin. I cut the top, remove the flesh of the zucchini with a teaspoon and reserve for the filling. Once we've emptied, the season, and put them in a microwave safe bowl covered for to steam them, about 4 min are sufficient for cooking but go to “the repair”.
To prepare the filling, chop the onion, the meat that we have taken from squash and in my case I used a fillet of turkey chopped.
Put the onion to fry in a pan with a little oil and when it starts to become transparent add the zucchini cubes. Leave the turkey to the end and add it when the onion and zucchini are almost done. When the turkey is already cooked, add the mozzarella from chopped (I used slightly less than half ball) and a tablespoon of cream cheese (cheese spread).
When the cheeses have been well integrated with the rest of the ingredients, fill the courgettes with the mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese and gratinamos in the oven for 3 min.
