Chocolate cupcakes

What would have been us but we had the wonderful chocolate to our range? We're glad life, glad our sweet and is so good that it even relieves the pains.

Today we bring you a recipe sencillita and I hope you like it, are a few chocolate cupcakes that you can do with the little ones of the house. Eye, do not try the dough before putting it in the oven, is very good.

Ingredients (14 muffins):

  • 3 eggs
  • 120 grams of butter
  • 70 g brown sugar
  • 70 g white sugar
  • 170 g of chocolate 70% cocoa
  • A handful of chocolate chips
  • 100 grams flour
  • 30 grams cornstarch or corn flour
  • 10 grams of yeast chemical


Put the chocolate in the microwave for a few seconds, enough to begin to melt and can finish to do with the temperature that has taken the chocolate. Booking.

In a tall bowl mix the eggs with the butter at room temperature, which is soft so that it can work well with it. Whisk until you have a homogeneous mixture. Add both types of sugar and stir.

Then add the chocolate melted (checked previously, which is already cold) and stir until well incorporated.

Take the sifted flour along with the baking powder, leave the rods and with a spatula make round movements until it is well incorporated. Add chocolate chips and stir.

In a tray for muffins or cupcakes placed in capsules of paper and rellénalas 3/4, place in the preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 15 minutes, approximately. (Click before you get to them).

When they are, you take them out and let them sit for a few moments in the tray and then the switch to the rack to cool.

To some, we put a little melted chocolate over (how greedy!!) but as they are, are delicious.
