A cheesecake is welcome throughout the year, but with good temperatures there are flavors that taste even more and, on this occasion, I bring you a cake that doesn't need oven and it is very easy to prepare.
This type of cheesecakes are very easy to prepare and are a real delight, he has a touch of lemon which is very refreshing.
We used Philadelphia cream cheese type but you can change it for another type of cheese such as mascarpone; another change you can make is the change of the curd by the gelatin, I usually use curd because it is more creamy but how you like it.

- 50 grams Butter
- 270 gr cream cheese
- 1oo ml of lemon juice
